Welcome to the official intake portal of the Fellowship of Christian Believers Uganda (FCBU). We provide academic sponsorships and tuition relief to orphans, vulnerable children, and economically constrained students across Uganda.

Who is Eligible to Apply?

School Level

Enrolled or admitted in recognized Primary, Secondary (O/A Level), BTVET Vocational Institutions, or accredited Universities.

Demonstrated Need

Total or partial orphans, child-headed households, single-parent families with extreme financial hardship, or students at risk of dropout.

Academic Standing

Commitment to continuous learning, acceptable school attendance, and genuine academic effort and good discipline.

Community Vetting

Endorsement from Local Council 1 (LC1), church/mosque leaders, or headteachers verifying identity and genuine residence.

Required Documents Checklist

Please prepare soft copies or clear photos (PDF, JPG, PNG under 5MB each) before beginning the form:

1. Recent Passport Photograph

Clear, front-facing colour passport-size photo of the student applicant (Max 2MB, JPG/PNG).

2. Identity Document / Birth Certificate

Applicant's Birth Certificate, National ID (NIN), or official Student Identity Card.

3. Latest Academic Reports / Results

Most recent end-of-term school report card, or UNEB Pass Slip (PLE, UCE, UACE, or Semester Transcript).

4. Admission Letter / Fees Structure

Official current fee structure circular or official admission letter showing approved school bank accounts.

5. Local Recommendation Letter

Signed and stamped recommendation letter from Local Council (LC1) Chairperson or Religious/Community Leader.

6. Death Certificate(s) (If Applicable)

Death certificate or official burial confirmation letter if applying under orphan category.

Award & Direct Payment

Approved scholarship funds are disbursed directly to institutional bank accounts on behalf of the student.
